The ICD Vietnam Journey

Founded in 2014, ICD Vietnam started in industrial packaging materials - PE stretch film, stretch wrapping machines and slip sheets. Year by year, the product range expanded into warehouse material-handling equipment as customer needs grew more diverse.

In 2016, ICD Vietnam signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Ningbo Ruyi Joint Stock Co., Ltd. - one of Asia’s leading forklift manufacturers, applying Japanese technology - to bring the Xilin forklift brand to the Vietnamese market. Since then, ICD has been Xilin’s sole official distributor in Vietnam, responsible for everything from import and distribution to installation and after-sales warranty.

ICD Vietnam supplies 5 main product groups covering the entire warehouse operation and packaging-line workflow:

Xilin forklifts (Ningbo Ruyi) - hand pallet trucks, manual stackers, electric pallet trucks, lift tables, reach trucks. Imported as complete units, with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Industrial PE stretch film - hand-wrap film, machine film, multiple widths from 45cm to 75cm, 17-23 micron thickness. Suited to consumer-goods and export packaging lines.
Pallet stretch wrapping machines - manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. A solution to automate pallet packaging, saving 60-80% of labor.
Slip sheets (the plastic underlay replacing wooden pallets) - reduce pallet cost, increase loading capacity, suited to export containers.
Corrugated plastic (Danpla) sheets - used in packaging, partitions, and protecting electronic components and fragile goods.
