ICD Vietnam offers five open mesh plastic crates, from the 510×390×300 mm produce crate to the 1030×670×540 mm wheeled crate, priced from 42,000 to 580,000 VND. Slotted walls and base let air through and water drain away, so these crates suit fruit, vegetables and seafood, as well as parcels and garment pieces that are moved by hand or on wheels rather than sealed for dust.
1. Mesh crate models, sizes and prices
The last column shows how many crates fit on one layer of a 1200×1000 mm and a 1100×1100 mm pallet, counted from outer dimensions with nothing overhanging the deck.

2. Ventilated crates for fruit, vegetables and seafood
The ICD-S513930 weighs 1.7 kg empty and is rated for 30 kg of produce, so mangoes, other fruit and vegetables can be crated in the field and carried by hand. It comes in moss green or black. The ICD-SH-533529-NX is moulded from PP with ABS and offered in blue, red and yellow. Its narrow 530×350 mm base is the only footprint in this range that places six crates on a 1100×1100 mm pallet. Farms that handle produce in larger lots can compare these with the agricultural produce crate range.
Crates used in chillers or blast freezers should be chosen by resin, because PP and HDPE behave differently below zero; ask ICD which model suits your storage temperature before ordering.
3. Foldable and wheeled mesh crates
The 600×400×300 mm foldable crate collapses flat when empty, so a returning truck carries far more empty units than it would with rigid crates. Five of them cover one layer of a 1200×1000 mm pallet, four on a 1100×1100 mm pallet.
For loads pushed across a floor rather than lifted, two models have five castors under the base: one at each corner and one in the centre. The ICD HS004-5B weighs about 3,300 g and carries a UV additive for outdoor work. The 1030×670×540 mm crate is the largest in the range and can be ordered with dividers and a lid. Its footprint, like the 780×500 mm crate, leaves room for only one or two crates per pallet layer, so both are better kept on wheels than palletised.
4. Mesh or solid walls
Choose mesh when goods need airflow or drainage. Choose solid walls for small parts, powders or anything that should stay clean in a dusty store; those models are under ICD solid-wall bins. Baskets of this size that take a lid for long road trips are listed as lidded plastic baskets, and the rest of the range sits on the plastic crates page.

6. Frequently asked questions about mesh crates
1. What are mesh plastic crates made of?
PP, HDPE or PP with ABS, depending on the model: the ICD-S513930 is PP, the ICD-SH-533529-NX is PP with ABS, and the two wheeled crates are PP and HDPE.
2. Can mesh crates be left outdoors in the sun?
Three models, the ICD-SH-533529-NX and the two wheeled crates, are described as UV-resistant, which slows ageing and fading outdoors. For the other two, ask ICD about the resin before leaving crates in direct sun every day.
3. Can crates be printed with a logo or fitted with dividers?
Yes. Logo printing, card holders, dividers and lids are offered across the range.
4. Where can I buy mesh plastic crates in Vietnam?
