Floor-lining plastic pallets are low, wide pallets that lift goods off warehouse and workshop floors, suited to stock that stays in one place. ICD Vietnam’s English catalogue lists 7 floor-lining codes, from 35 mm to 150 mm high and from 600×600 mm to 1800×600 mm, priced from 125,000 VND to 455,000 VND each.
Two of them are flat sheets with no feet; the other five stand on short feet. If you need taller pallets for heavy lifting, compare all ICD plastic pallet lines.
1. Footless floor sheets, 35-50 mm thick
ICD-LS601035-N is a slatted sheet of 600×1000×35 mm. It weighs 3.9 kg, carries a static load of 3,000 kg and costs 125,000 VND, which works out at about 208,000 VND per m². Covering a 100 m² floor takes 167 sheets (100 divided by 0.6, rounded up), or about 20.9 million VND, before allowing for columns and edge cuts.
IPS186005-XD is the large format: 1800×600×50 mm in PP plastic, made in Korea, about 6 kg, covering 1.08 m² per sheet. ICD has not published a load rating for it and the price is on request. Neither sheet has feet, so forklift tines cannot get underneath; use them where goods are placed and left.
2. Footed floor-lining pallets, 100-150 mm high
PL07-LS is a 600×600×100 mm HDPE pallet with a static load of 100 kg, priced 145,000 VND. In the 600×1000×100 mm size, ICD-LS601010-P P has six feet, weighs 5.5 kg and rates 300 kg dynamic and 800 kg static, price on request, while ICD-1060-LS stands on six posts in PP plastic at 245,000 VND; ask ICD to confirm its load figures.
The two tallest codes publish both load ratings. ICD-PL120814-P measures 800×1200×140 mm on nine feet, weighs 10 kg and rates 500 kg dynamic and 1,000 kg static for 455,000 VND. PL01-LS is 1200×1000×150 mm in HDPE, 15.5 kg, 1,000 kg dynamic and 3,000 kg static, priced 450,000 VND.

3. Matching the code to how goods are handled
Static load is what a pallet holds at rest; dynamic load is what it holds while being lifted, and the lower figure is the limit (worked examples in our guide to static and dynamic pallet loads).
Bagged goods or cartons that stay put for weeks sit well on the slatted sheet, the lowest price per square metre among codes with a listed price. Goods that are moved on a schedule need a code with a published dynamic load; the highest here is 1,000 kg. Heavier loads or racking call for warehouse storage pallets, where many codes publish higher dynamic and racking loads.

1. Can floor-lining sheets be used in cold rooms?
PL07-LS lists cool and cold storage among its uses. For other codes, tell ICD the room temperature first.
2. Can plastic floor sheets be cut to size?
IPS186005-XD has grooves so it can be cut into smaller pieces on request; send the floor dimensions first.
3. Can a logo be printed on floor-lining pallets?
IPS186005-XD lists logo or company-name printing as an option; for other codes, ask ICD.
4. What plastic are the floor pallets made of?
PL01-LS, PL07-LS, ICD-PL120814-P, ICD-LS601010-P P and ICD-LS601035-N are HDPE; IPS186005-XD and ICD-1060-LS are PP. If you need virgin material, state it in the order.
5. What warranty applies?
ICD plastic pallets carry a 2-year warranty from sale.
6. What should I send to get a quote?
The floor area, the type and weight of goods and whether a forklift is used; ICD then proposes a code and quantity.
