The CBD15W-E walkie pallet truck (1,500 kg, 200 mm lift) lists at 42,000,000 VND, while the CQDH18C reach stacker (1,800 kg, 3,500 mm lift) lists at 180,000,000 VND. At similar capacities the high-lift truck costs more than four times as much, so settle the height you need before comparing prices.
3. Hand pallet trucks and manual stackers
A hand pallet truck, also called a pallet jack, needs no power: the operator pumps the handle to raise the forks hydraulically, then pulls or pushes the load. The Xilin BF-III hand pallet truck is rated 2,500 kg and lifts its forks to 195 mm, enough to clear a pallet off the floor. It comes with fork lengths of 800-1,100 mm, overall widths of 520, 550 or 685 mm to match the pallet’s fork openings, and nylon, PU or rubber wheels, at 5,500,000 VND. The DF-III-1-1 lists at 5,400,000 VND.
A manual stacker pumps the load higher, to 1,600 mm, so pallets can go onto the lower rack levels. The SDJ1000 handles 1,000 kg on fixed forks 1,150 mm long, while the SDJAS500/1000 stacker with adjustable forks takes 500 kg and adapts to pallets of different widths. 4. Electric pallet trucks and reach stackers
Electric forklifts run on batteries and give off no exhaust on site, which suits enclosed warehouses. The Xilin CBD15W-E walkie pallet truck moves 1,500 kg with the operator walking behind, on a 24 V/65 Ah battery. The CBD20R-II adds a ride-on platform for 2,000 kg loads. Before picking a model, weigh the heaviest pallet, measure the top rack level and check aisle width. The rated load on the capacity plate applies at the manufacturer’s load centre; a load sitting further out along the forks reduces what the truck can safely lift. For plastic pallets, measure the fork openings before choosing an overall fork width of 520, 550 or 685 mm.
6. Lift tables for work stations
A lift table raises goods to working height; it is not built to move pallets over distance. The SP150 manual scissor lift table carries 150 kg on a 740 × 450 mm platform up to 740 mm, at 8,600,000 VND. The DP30 and DP50 lift 300 or 500 kg to 900 mm with an 800 W motor. The EU-style SP800/1000/1500 tables take 800-1,500 kg up to 1,000-1,500 mm.
7. Safe operation and forklift inspection in Vietnam
The rated load and lift height marked on the truck are limits to respect; operators should read the manual for the specific model before use.
Circular 36/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, in force since 1 March 2020, lists motor-driven forklifts with a lifting capacity of 1,000 kg or more (item 18) among equipment with strict occupational safety requirements. Hand pallet trucks have no motor and fall outside that wording.
