ICD Vietnam’s electric forklift range on this page has four battery-powered trucks: three rated from 1,500 to 2,000 kg, with lift heights from 200 mm to 3,500 mm (the CBD15W-E and CBD20R-II electric pallet trucks and the CQDH18C reach truck), plus the OPD15 side-loading truck, quoted to specification. The CQDH18C lists at 180,000,000 VND; the other three are quoted on request.
A battery-powered truck gives off no exhaust at the point of use, so it works inside closed warehouses. Manual trucks are in the hand pallet truck range.

Battery size varies widely. Multiplying voltage by capacity, the 24 V / 65 Ah pack of the CBD15W-E holds about 1.6 kWh, while the 36 V / 700 Ah pack of the CQDH18C holds about 25.2 kWh, roughly sixteen times more. A larger pack runs longer between charges but adds weight and needs more charging space.
2. Pallet truck, rider truck or reach truck
The CBD15W-E is a walkie truck: the operator walks behind it, and the forks rise 200 mm, enough to move a pallet along the floor. The CBD20R-II adds a standing platform for the operator and a 7 km/h travel speed, which suits longer runs. Neither can place a pallet on a rack. 3. Battery charging and floor loading
Weight matters as much as capacity. The CQDH18C weighs 3,510 kg; with its 1,800 kg rated load it puts about 5,310 kg on the floor, so check the floor rating before it enters a building or container. The product pages give battery voltage and capacity but not the battery type, so confirm the type with ICD before ordering.
For lead-acid batteries, set aside a dedicated charging area with ventilation for the gas given off while charging, a way to flush and neutralise spilled electrolyte, and keep tools and other metal objects off the top of uncovered batteries. 1. How wide are the trucks and how long are the forks?
Overall width is 685 mm on the CBD15W-E, 775 mm on the CBD20R-II and 600 mm on the CQDH18C. The pallet trucks have 1,150 mm forks; the CQDH18C forks are 1,070 mm long.
2. What are the OPD15 specifications?
The product page lists only the 500 kg capacity and brand details. Send ICD the load, lift height and battery you need and it will be quoted to specification.
3. Does an electric forklift need an inspection in Vietnam?
Circular 36/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, in force from 1 March 2020, lists forklifts from 1,000 kg among equipment with strict safety requirements; an inspection body confirms whether a given model falls under it. The equipment list and procedure are on the forklift range page.
4. How fast do the electric trucks travel?
The CBD15W-E runs at 4.3 km/h loaded, the CBD20R-II at 7 km/h and the CQDH18C at 6.5 km/h; unloaded speeds are slightly higher.
5. What warranty do ICD electric forklifts have?
Forklifts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of sale, under ICD’s warranty and repair policy.
