Imported Malaysian plastic pallets are pallets and plastic accessories made in Malaysia and distributed in Vietnam by ICD Vietnam. The range covers 8 product lines and more than 150 codes: over 140 pallet codes from 740×740 to 1960×1960 mm, 4 top-frame codes and 6 solid crate codes. Prices are quoted per code and order quantity.
Across the code charts, pallets carry dynamic loads of 1,000-2,160 kg and static loads of 2,000-8,000 kg, stand 120-185 mm tall, and are moulded from virgin HDPE, PP copolymer (PPC) or a PPC/HDPE blend. The range sits under ICD’s plastic pallet catalogue, and the pallets carry a 2-year warranty under ICD’s warranty policy, counted from the date of sale; solid crates carry 12 months.

2. Matching a line to how the pallet is used
One-way shipments. The export line has the widest spread of sizes, including less common footprints such as 740×740, 1130×1130, 1140×1140 and 1220×1016 mm (48×40 inch). All 38 codes are PPC and 37 of them take forks from four sides. Codes X1140D4-1A and X1140D4-1B list a dynamic load of 2,160 kg, the highest in the range.
Hygiene-sensitive production. The hygienic line has 38 virgin HDPE codes and is the only line with the small footprints 1000×650, 1000×700, 1100×800 and 1200×900 mm. Three 1500 mm wide codes (S1513R2-1Q, S1512R2-1Q, S1510R2-1Q) list a static load of 8,000 kg. Virgin HDPE pallets can be used in plants that apply HACCP or GMP; ask ICD to confirm the material in writing when you order. High racking and automated stores. The heavy-duty line reaches 1960×1960 mm and 185 mm in height; seven large codes with a long side of 1,700 mm or more list a dynamic load of 2,000 kg. The ASRS line has 10 PPC/HDPE codes in 5 footprints for automated racks that need uniform dimensions across batches. To compare with other racking models, see warehouse storage pallets.
Pharmaceutical, medium-duty, top frames and crates. The pharmaceutical line has P1210S4-1N (1200×1000×150 mm) and P1280S4-1N (1200×800×150 mm), both virgin HDPE. Top frames come in 25 or 30 mm thickness. Solid crates run from B6040VN (600×400×300 mm) to B1150VN-1 (1100×500×400 mm).

At common sizes the Malaysian codes sit in the same load band as ICD’s other pallets, and other 1200×1000 models reach a dynamic load of 2,400 kg. The Malaysian range stands out on choice: at 1200×1200 it offers 16 codes against 3, all with a static load of at least 4,000 kg.
Imported pallets are worth considering when you need a footprint only the Malaysian range offers: 1220×1016 mm under the GMA 48×40 inch pallet standard, 1200×900, 1100×800, 1000×700, 1000×650, 1500×1000 or 740×740 mm. They also suit loads that need up to 8,000 kg static on a 1500 mm wide deck, or several heights and base styles within one size to fit existing racks. 5. Frequently asked questions about Malaysian plastic pallets
1. Do Malaysian plastic pallets need fumigation for export?
No. The ISPM 15 phytosanitary standard applies to wood packaging material, so plastic pallets need no heat treatment, fumigation or stamp. Check whether your consignee has its own pallet rules.
2. Can I buy used Malaysian plastic pallets?
This range covers new pallets only. Second-hand stock is listed under used plastic pallets.
3. What is the standard plastic pallet size in Malaysia?
ICD’s Malaysian range is not built on a single size. By number of codes the most common footprints are 1200×1000 mm (24 codes), 1200×1200 mm (16), 1100×1100 mm (12) and 1300×1100 mm (10); the range also includes 1220×1016 mm (48×40 inch) for North American trade and small footprints from 740×740 mm.
4. How much can a heavy-duty Malaysian pallet hold on a rack?
The product pages list dynamic and static loads only; a racking load (pallet spanning two beams) is not published yet. Send your beam spacing and load weight so ICD can check the code before you order.
5. Why are there so many codes for one size?
Codes of the same footprint differ in height, base style, number of entry sides and material, so their rated loads differ too. 1200×1000 appears in all six pallet lines at 120-160 mm, and codes cannot replace each other once racks or forklifts are fixed.
6. Which pallets do the top frames fit?
The two frame sizes, 1200×1000 and 1220×1016 mm, match the deck of pallets with the same footprint. The frame sits on top to cover, line and protect the load stacked on the pallet.
