How many layers can the ICD-B8 bin be stacked?
Under normal conditions of 20-25 degrees C, ICD virgin PP bins stack safely to 6-8 layers. Above 35 degrees C or with heavy loads, reduce to 5-6 layers. For higher stacking or cold-storage use, contact ICD's technical team to confirm the specific load.
Can internal dividers be added?
Yes. ICD Vietnam supplies compartment dividers sized to the ICD-B8 bin. Provide the cell sizes you need and ICD will design a divider to suit, which is helpful for electronics and mechanical sorting.
What material is used?
The bin is moulded from PP, giving a tough, accurate body that resists oil and grease and does not yellow over time.
