Yes. ICD builds the cell layout and dimensions to your exact requirement, matching the box, line or racking, and samples a set before mass production.
What is the surface resistance of the ESD dividers?
Surface resistance is in the 10^6 to 10^9 Ohm range, meeting ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340, with a per-batch resistance test report available on request.
Do the dividers fit existing Danpla boxes?
Yes. They are sized to the box they go into, so specify the box dimensions and the cell pattern you need and ICD will build a matching divider set.
How long does production take?
Like all Danpla products they are made to order, typically 7-14 working days from order confirmation depending on quantity and design complexity.
