ICD's anti-static Danpla box (ESD box) is a solution for storing and moving sensitive electronic components where electrostatic control is strict. Made in Vietnam from carbon-loaded black PP Danpla sheet, it is the most popular ESD container in Vietnamese electronics plants thanks to its light weight, durability, reusability and lower cost than hard ESD cases, with stable conductivity over time.

4. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the surface resistance of this ESD box?
It is 10^3 to 10^6 Ohm, the dissipative type that is most common in the industry, measured to IEC 61340-4-4 (4-point probe) and compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340-5-1.
Why does the anti-static property not fade over time?
The carbon is loaded evenly through the full thickness of the sheet rather than applied as a surface coating, so the ESD function survives cutting, abrasion and impact and resistance is consistent at any point on the sheet.
What sizes and thicknesses are available?
Boxes are made to your drawing or required size, with sheet thicknesses of 3 mm, 4 mm or 5 mm. Tolerance is about plus or minus 3 mm on length and width and plus or minus 2 mm on height.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 50 boxes per size, though smaller quantities can be agreed with an added tooling cost.
Why choose Danpla ESD over carton or hard cases?
Danpla ESD balances cost, light transport weight and durability, typically reusable 20-30 times, making it the most popular choice for small and medium electronics plants compared with single-use ESD carton or heavy, expensive hard ABS cases.
