What affects the price of a stretch wrap machine
Beyond brand and model, four main factors drive the final price you pay.
Turntable load capacity: a machine rated for 2,000 kg costs more than a 1,500 kg one because of the heavier turntable and stronger motor. There is no need to buy high-capacity if your pallets are usually only 800-1,000 kg.
Pre-stretch system: adding pre-stretch raises the price but saves significant film over time. For a small warehouse (under 30 pallets a day), pre-stretch may not be needed yet. For medium-to-large operations, it should be a priority.
Control screen and program memory: machines with a touchscreen that stores 5-10 wrap programs cost more than basic push-button units. This is useful when a warehouse handles many pallet sizes.
Origin and brand: Italian Robopac machines (distributed through ICD) cost more than domestic units because of higher component quality, warranty and technical support. Lower-cost machines are cheaper upfront, but hidden costs (parts, downtime) often catch up within 1-2 years.

Yes. All ICD listed prices include 10% VAT, and ICD issues full VAT invoices for every order.
Can the price be negotiated?
List prices are fixed for single units. For orders of two or more machines, or combined with a bulk stretch-film order, contact us directly for a better offer.
Is installation support included?
Yes. ICD provides free installation and operator training at the customer’s warehouse for all orders. There is no separate installation fee.
What is the annual maintenance cost after the warranty?
For semi-automatic machines (T1650F, Y1650F), annual maintenance is usually low - belt replacement and lubrication. Automatic machines add pre-stretch servicing. The Robopac robot has a separate maintenance contract on request.
