Low-lift hand pallet trucks: models and specifications
Low-lift trucks raise the pallet only far enough to clear the floor, roughly 195 to 205 mm, and are the everyday tool for moving palletised goods inside a warehouse. High-lift hand stackers: models and specifications
High-lift hand trucks add a mast so a pallet can be placed on a low rack or a work platform without a motor. They are a lighter option than an electric stacker for small warehouses with moderate lifting frequency. The maximum lift and the fork spacing differ a lot between models, so check both against your racking.

How to choose the right truck for your pallets
Start with the heaviest load you move, not the average one. Pick a truck rated above it so the hydraulics do not run at their limit: if your heaviest pallet weighs about 2.4 t, choose a 3 t truck rather than a 2.5 t one.
Then measure the pallet. For pallets of 1,100 x 1,100 mm or 1,200 x 1,200 mm, a truck with 685 mm overall fork width is the usual match, while a 800 x 1,200 mm Euro pallet calls for the narrower 550 mm forks. Fork length should be close to pallet depth so the truck slides in fully without sticking out. For a 1,200 mm pallet, forks of 1,150 to 1,220 mm are the familiar choice. Finally, match the wheels to the floor. PU wheels scratch epoxy and clean floors less, while nylon wheels carry load better on concrete. For cold storage or chemical environments, ask ICD Vietnam which model and materials fit, because the product pages do not state operating limits for sub-zero temperatures or chemicals. Buying, renting, instalments and repair

ICD Vietnam gives a 12-month warranty on its forklifts and trucks. Ask for the warranty in writing and confirm which parts it covers when you place the order. Orders ship from the Hanoi warehouse to provinces across Vietnam.
